This is a free service where our doctors respond to medical questions and inquiries, providing guidance and advice. This service does not include issuing prescriptions or medical reports.
3. Provision of Medical and Health Products:
The company helps secure products that improve patients’ health and recovery, unavailable in the patient’s country.
This service does not include medicines or prohibited items for shipping or trade.
4. Complementary Medicine Appointments:
Scheduling appointments to communicate directly with specialists in complementary medicine.
5. Medical follow-up for unstable conditions.

5. Appointment Booking Information
The role of BAO is to act as an intermediary between the patient and the doctor, without interfering with the consultation content or medical recommendations.
1. Privacy:
BAO is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and protection of user data in accordance with the GDPR.
2. Not intended for emergencies:
Our services are not intended for urgent or critical cases that require immediate medical intervention. In such cases, you must contact emergency services.
3. Accuracy of Information:
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, on which the doctor relies for consultation.
4. Appointment Date:
The doctor sets the appointment, usually within a few hours to a week.
5. Booking and Payment:
The appointment is confirmed after payment is made via credit card.
Consultation cost: includes doctor’s fee plus company service fees.
6. Invoice:
You have the right to receive an invoice, issued once. BAO is not responsible if your insurance or other entity does not reimburse you fully or partially.
7. Cancellation and Refund:
Appointments can be cancelled up to one hour before the scheduled time. The fee is refunded minus company service fees.
If the doctor cancels, the patient is entitled to a full refund or an alternative appointment if agreed.
8. Medical Prescription:
If the doctor issues a prescription, you can usually use it in your country of residence.
BAO is not responsible if your country does not accept the prescription. In this case, consult your local doctor.
6. Appointment Booking Steps

We strive to provide all specialties. If not available, we can arrange an appointment with an external specialist.
2. Choose the doctor:
If multiple doctors exist in the chosen specialty, you must select one. Our doctors are selected based on knowledge, long experience, and ethics. They are licensed in their countries, mainly in France.
3. Accept the terms:
To proceed, you must accept the terms and instructions. (Appointment Booking Terms and Instructions). Your approval serves as your signature. If not accepted, you cannot book appointments.
4. Fill out the medical form:
The form serves as a medical record; information must be accurate to ensure proper consultation and follow-up.
5. Medical complaint:
You can write or record your medical complaint and consultation purpose.
6. Upload tests and reports.
Prepare scans, lab tests, or visible issues as images or PDFs for easy upload.
7. Payment:
After completing your medical file, you will be informed of the required payment, covering doctor’s fee and company service fees.
8. Appointment scheduling:
● After payment, the appointment will be set within a few hours to days. You will be notified via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
● You may change the appointment once, with prior notice.
● Appointments follow France time zone. If not adjusted for your country, you must calculate accordingly.
9. Communicating with the doctor:
You will receive a link for audio or video consultation, limited to 15 minutes.
10. After the consultation:
You will receive a report, prescription, and recommendations as needed.
11. Chat with the doctor:
If more tests are required, the chat remains open until consultation completion, after which the doctor closes it.
12. Medical follow-up:
Unstable conditions may require extended follow-up through subscription packages.
7. Complementary (Alternative) Medicine Service
● Although we trust our selected specialists, complementary medicine is not a substitute for traditional medicine but a supplement, especially for chronic diseases.
● Specialists were selected based on success in improving patient health, holding certificates in their fields.
● The company’s role is to coordinate appointments. After meeting, if you decide to continue, you agree directly with the specialist on treatment and costs.
● The company holds no responsibility for any outcomes or costs of this contact.
8.Provision of Medical and Health Products
Due to ongoing development in medical products, BAO provides unavailable items in your country to improve recovery and health.
● This service does not include medicines or prohibited materials.
● Costs include product price, shipping, and BAO service fees.
● Shipping: BAO selects the safest method and sends invoices as proof.
Company not responsible:
If items are lost/damaged by shipping companies.
If laws prohibit entry, BAO attempts return and refunds minus service fees.
9.Medical Products
We provide a selection of modern medical products for personal use, available online with special offers for bulk. Prices exclude shipping.

● Not responsible for damages from viruses/malware or account hacking.
● Not responsible for internet outages due to force majeure (natural disasters, ISP issues). Clients will be informed and appointments rescheduled if possible.
Governing Laws:
● These terms follow French law, including Consumer Code and GDPR.
● Legal relationship between patient and doctor follows laws of doctor’s country.
Misuse:
Illegal or abusive use (defamation, data manipulation, platform damage) is prosecuted under French law.
Intellectual Property:
BAO platforms are copyright protected. Extracts may be printed/downloaded for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Submitting Complaints:
Confirmation is sent upon receipt. Investigation follows, with a written response provided.
